While in Idaho, Gwen was busy meeting a whole host of relatives, all anxious to hold her. In fact, so anxious that at times the little one's hand-offs resembled more of some strange advanced football game with unwritten rules. She loved them all and was held more in the several days time than in the past few months! Granddad Bruce (in lower left corner, bottom pic) also got to meet Gwen for the first time, which was the main reason behind the trek to Idaho!
The best part about "Pass The Baby" is that you, the mother, actually get to eat a hot meal, unencumbered, and move about the room freely!

ReplyDeleteWe just got back from L-town. Ten hours in the car with 2 dogs and a 1 year old is becoming challenging, but worth it. :) Glad you guys had such a great time. Are you making the trip again for our class reunion?
ReplyDeleteI think we will try (we meaning Gwen and Anne because that is Eric's busy weekend putting on the county fair). However, being that far preggers, with a kiddo, sans husband and after being on the road for the previous week and a half for work and a wedding - I'm still trying to summon the courage. :) We might have to take an online vote!
